App Terms and Conditions for Users

Bella App Pty Ltd (ABN 39 677 991 061) is a platform for discovering beauty services. These terms govern platform usage and require agreement to proceed.

The platform connects users with beauty and wellness businesses. Bella acts as an intermediary; services booked through the platform are provided by third-party businesses, not by Bella. The company doesn’t guarantee uninterrupted access or service quality.

3. Creating an account

Users must be at least 16 years old. Account holders are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

4. Booking a service

Users enter direct agreements with service providers. Payment terms and conditions, including refunds and cancellations, are determined by the individual service provider.

5. User conduct

Prohibited activities include unlawful use, posting inappropriate content, and interfering with platform functionality.

6. Intellectual property

Bella owns or licenses all platform content. Users receive a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Bella is not liable for issues arising from services provided by third-party businesses. Liability is limited to resupplying services or their monetary value.
