App Terms and Conditions for Users

The platform connects users with beauty and wellness businesses. Bella acts as an intermediary; services booked through the platform are provided by third-party businesses, not by Bella. The company doesn’t guarantee uninterrupted access or service quality.
3. Creating an account
Users must be at least 16 years old. Account holders are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
4. Booking a service
Users enter direct agreements with service providers. Payment terms and conditions, including refunds and cancellations, are determined by the individual service provider.
